Our latest investment is in the dynamically developing part of the 8th district in Budapest. In its current state, the property is mixed-use, both as an office and as a home to various art forms, with Telekom as the main tenant. Our short-term goal is to fill the building with additional tenants and to build carparks in connection with the office building.
