TriHolding Group was involved in another unique residential project at the corner of Király street and Vasváry street in the VI. district of Budapest. This development can provide 105 apartments of varying size, as well as additional space for commercial use and parking facilities. It is situated in the heart of the city, close to the Opera House and the Ballet Institute, and it is also close to other TriHolding Group developments. As part of the agreement with the local government, TriHolding Group provides public service space and residential opportunities for the elderly on the purchased land; therefore this project is the first of its kind in the city centre. This project includes facilities such as a reception service, sauna, an open 7th floor with city view panoramic pool and underground parking.
