This venture was established in order to create state-of-the-art premises for comfortable living in Budapest. This new residential building was designed by Bence Vadász, a winner of the Ybl prize. The building is comprised of fifty-three residential apartments, ranking from 40 to 90 square metres in size, utilizing 5,600 square metres of space, and a two-level parking facility. There are also sauna and jacuzzi facilities and 24-hour security service. Helena House is located in the VI. district, on Káldy Gyula street, only a few minutes walk from the elegant Andrássy avenue and Deák square, and surrounded by newly renovated buildings and hotels. The inner courtyard of the building is a picturesque garden, so its residents can enjoy a calm and quiet environment in the heart of a bustling city. Furthermore, according to local government plans, the street is to become a pedestrian’s only zone.
